1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat) after payment clears.

  • Orders placed after 3 PM CST may begin processing the next business day.

  • High-value or graded items may require extra handling time for packaging and insurance.


2. Shipping Methods

  • Domestic (USA): USPS First Class / Priority Mail / UPS Ground / FedEx Ground

  • Expedited Options: 2-Day and Overnight service available at checkout.

  • Delivery Times (after dispatch):
    • Standard – 2–5 business days
    • Expedited – 1–2 business days

⚠️ Low-Value Item Disclaimer (Plain White Envelope Shipments)

  • Orders under $20 USD may be shipped in a Plain White Envelope (PWE) using standard USPS letter mail without tracking to keep shipping costs low for buyers.

  • This method is best suited for low-value single cards or small accessories.

  • Buyers selecting or receiving PWE shipping acknowledge that delivery tracking and insurance are not included, and Evolving Chasers is not responsible for any loss, delay, or damage once the envelope has been accepted by USPS.

  • If you would like tracking and insurance, please select a First Class Package or Priority Mail option during checkout.


3. Shipping Rates

  • Calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

  • Free shipping on orders over $100 (before tax) unless otherwise stated.

  • High-value shipments may include insurance or signature confirmation for protection.


4. Tracking & Confirmation

  • A tracking number is emailed once your order ships (for tracked services only).

  • Orders over $300 may require a signature for delivery.

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.


5. Incorrect or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours with clear photos of the package and item.
We’ll replace or refund the item and cover return shipping if it was our error.


6. Address Accuracy

Ensure your shipping address is correct. Returned packages due to address errors may require additional shipping fees to resend.


7. Delays

Occasional delays may occur due to carriers, weather, or holiday volume. We will notify you if a significant delay occurs.
