1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted on unopened, unused accessories (binders, sleeves, deck boxes, etc.) within 30 days of delivery.

Trading cards, graded slabs, and sealed product are non-returnable once opened or removed from protective packaging. Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
2. How to Start a Return

Email owner@evolvingchasers.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you’ll receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and instructions.

Ship your item back (unless the return is due to our mistake). We recommend a trackable shipping service.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong or defective item.

If the return is late, damaged, or missing original packaging, a restocking fee or denial may apply.
4. Exchanges
We only exchange items that are defective or incorrect.
To exchange for another product, return the original for refund or store credit and place a new order.
